Our culture is one of openness, strong supportive relationships, team involvement in decision making and collegiality.
Underpinning all of these is the foundation value:
"working together for the well being of others".
 Our Team
We have great bunch of individuals but it is our teams that make us effective and successful. A successful team is one that has good communication, purpose, clearly defined goals and a plan to achieve them
Teams working together are an essential part of any organisation. A good team dynamic creates an environment where each team member feels valued and supported, and allows each individual the opportunity to share responsibility for team success. Understanding the power of collaboration, utilising the strengths of others and overcoming weaknesses strengthens the performance of the team.

 Psychology and Technology
Our work is about helping organisations and their staff in the application of psychology for the purpose of assessing, preventing, relieving and treating of psychologically-based distress, dysfunction and mental illness, and to promote subjective well-being and personal development.
Much effort and resource goes into finding just the right person with the necessary level of experience, qualifications and ability to become part of our team delivering such services to our clients. We invest heavily in developing our people - training, conferences, resources, support, equipment, etc. So how does a client access the right clinical advisor or resource for assistance with a situation they face in a timely manner?

We have created extensive and comprehensive C&IT systems to provide clients with access to experienced and highly trained clinicians and relevant information when needed, no matter the location of the client staff or CASA clinical advisor.
