Stephen Lisk

Following a career as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy, Stephen graduated from the University of Auckland in 1990 with a Master of Business Administration and a post-graduate Diploma in Business.  Since graduating he has held senior managment positions in multinational and New Zealand companies in the information technology and engineering industries

Stephen holds particular skills in developing effective business relationships, formulating and implementing long term strategies for growth, architecting and implementing effective business processes and project managing/directing large scale information technology and heavy engineering projects.  Additionally, he has considerable experience in contract negotiation and contract fulfillment.

Stephen's own company consults to a number of high profile New Zealand companies on the development of new service offerings using technological innovation and provides project management/direction services for technology implementation and software development projects.

Stephen is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director.
